For the stuffing:
1/2 glass of olive oil
3 medium sized onions
1.5 glasses of rice
1 glass of hot water
1 tablespoon of pine nuts
1 tablespoon of currants
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of mint
1 teaspoon of allspice
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
