📌Potato Gnocchi
-Potato 250g
-Flour 100g (Adjust the amount according to the aging, moisture, and starch content of potatoes)
-Egg yolk 1ea
-Parmesan Cheese 1,1/2T (7g)
-Salt 1/2T
*Gorgonzola cream gnocchi
-Garlic 10g
-Peperoncino 1ea
-Fresh Cream 1/2C (120ml)
-Milk 1/2C (120ml)
-Gorgonzola cheese 20g
-Parmesan Cheese 5g
📌How to make Potato Gnocchi
1. Cut the potatoes and cook them in boiling water
2. Add cooked potatoes, flour, eggs, cheese, and salt together and mix as short as possible.
(If gluten is formed, the batter doesn't taste good)
3. Make the dough into a long shape and use flour to prevent sticking. Cut it into appropriate sizes
4. Use a fork to make it look like a gnocchi in the video
5. It can be stored in a plastic pack after freezing with plastic on it
