Namaskar Guruji, Thank you for this. You mention ahimsa w.r.t not pushing the body beyond limits. Q: How do you get better if you dont move out of your comfort zone e.g 500 pushups by ppl who have not done more than 50, Would not be pushing the body beyond. How will warriors train. How do I understand this? Appreciate if you can guide. Thank you

What is understood by that is our body tells us where to stop or where its limits are. We should gradually push the limits so it can adapt, so gradual instead of sudden or shocking changes.
