Six-year-old Ezabella, who was born with cerebral palsy, underwent a life-changing operation, known as selective dorsal rhizotomy, at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital, allowing her to walk more steadily. The successful surgical procedure, combined with intensive physical and occupational therapy, are enabling the young patient to adopt a more normal gait pattern.
