Making Of Sugar Free Dry Fruits And Dates Sweet :
Ingredients Of Sugar Free Dry Fruits And Dates Sweet :
1/4 Cup Cashews
1/4 Cup Pistachios
1/4 Cup Walnuts
1/4 Cup Almonds
8 to 9 Apricots
2 Tbsp Poppyseeds
400 Grams Medjool Dates
1 1/2 Tbsp Ghee
1/2 Tsp Cardamom Powder
Method Of Making Sugar Free Dry Fruits And Dates Sweet :
1. Chop all the nuts, apricot and dates.
2. dry roast poppy seeds for 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
3. Heat 1 tbsp ghee and add pistachios in it. Roast 3 minutes and remove from the pan.
4. Add almonds and roast 1 minute.
5. Add walnuts and roast 1 minute.
6. Add cashews and roast 1 minute.
7. Add apricot and roast 1 minute. Add some pistachios back in the pan.
8. Mix and remove the nuts mixture from the pan.
9. Add 1/2 tbsp ghee and let it melt.
10. Add dates and roast 4 minutes and add nut mixture.
11. Add cardamom powder and some poppyseeds.
12. Combine everything well.
13. Transfer the mixture on aluminum foil and form a log.
14. Cover all sides with poppyseeds and pistachios.
15. Freeze for two hours, cut into pieces and enjoy.
