1 apple
1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips (optional)
*Amaranth is also known as kiwicha (quihuicha), bledo, bleo.
NUTRIENTS
