Very nice performance, Castelnuovo Tedesco was such great composer, everything is clear, direct and honest. After listening for years all the drama filled pieces of the most famous composers his works are a huge breath of fresh air. Thank you for posting.

A joy to hear and watch, pure class playing. Loved the parts where you changed the guitar position away from the mic. Reminded me of what opera singers do sometimes when they go backstage to sing a part that is supposed to sound muffled or distant. Was that the intention? Thanks for sharing!

I have always liked more Castelnuovo than the other "Segovian" composers. And that's a lot to say. I connect little with Ponce, even thou we are from kilometers apart, Villalobos is another of my favorites, but i have to say his compositions rather evoque colors or such, while Castelnuovo is more emotional. I find the same with Torroba. Amazingly played sir. My congratulations on the work you have achieved. The best vibes from Mexico. You are one of the lights that made me play and fall in love with the classical guitar.

Same here. I have this score for a long time, this is the first time I take a look to it. I love M.C.T, he wrote some amazing pieces for guitar, also he was so passionate about composing for Segovia. His works for guitar and piano are also amazing. And his guitar concerto is simply amazing. The 24 caprichos are my favorite piece of all times for guitar. Russell recorded only 3 of them in his M.C.T's album, I wish he would have recorded the whole thing. Anyway, I'm looking forward to put a big video recording on his works in the future :)
