Suji Halwa is a delicious Indian dessert and very much liked by children, this can also be eaten as breakfast.
Ingredients
1 Cup Semolina
1 & quarter cup of Sugar
5 Green Cardamom
3 Tbls Pistachio
3 Tbls cashew Nuts
3 Tbls desiccated coconut
Ground Green Cardamom
Half Cup Raisins
Half Cup Ghee
Half Cup Khoya {optional}
3 Cups of Milk
Chopped Nuts for garnishing
