This almond and Kishmish rich soft and savory Sooji halwa prepared with milk is a welcome treat for taste buds at any time.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbs ghee
- 2 cardamom
- 1 cup Sooji
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tbs sugar (or as required)
- Pinch of food color (Lime yellow)
- Nuts (Of your choice)
Directions:
In a pan add 1 tbs ghee then add 2 cardamom. Saute for 2 minutes. Add 1 cup of Sooji cook it on medium flame until color changes. Add one cup of water and 1 cup of milk. Add a pinch of lime yellow food color. Add nuts of your choice. Mix well and enjoy 😋
