Great recipe! It took me a while to find the name of this dessert based on the ingredients I could identify from my first temple service. Our was loose in a bowl though. Either way, I want to try making this soon. Van is the Man! You have everything. :)

@Snoo1809 it is clarified butter, or butter that has been simmered so that it no longer has any moisture. ghee can be stored at room temperature and wont get spoiled.

In ur recipe details you have mentioned 1/4cup sugar n in video u said 1 cup to 3/4cup Really confusing N after putting 1/2 cup milk my laddu became halwa I didnt understood what to do So made them as burfi Please make your recipe clear if anyone try's it should worth trying

the sugar is not supposed to be dissolved in rava ladoos they help bind them. you aren't cooking it in a sugar syrup, simply combining them.
