DESCRIPTION:
The High Holidays of the Tanakh are times when we can get together and share in community and in faith! This Sukkot we are holding a gathering to remember the feast of booths that was commanded of Israel by the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. People from all over will be coming together to experience this amazing event, and to engage in study, fun and good ole celebration.
We have a fabulous line-up of speakers who want to deliver to our guests an occasion that will excite their hearts and minds, and expand their understanding and faith!!
Day 1 - October 4th
A - 5 pm to 8 pm - Meet and Greet
Day 2 - October 5th
A - Music - 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm (announces speaker)
B - Speaker/Teacher - 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
C - Hebrew Class/Lessons - 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm
D - Dinner Break (you pay for your dinner) - 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm
E - Music - 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm (announces speaker)
F - Speaker/Teacher - 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Day 3, 4, 5 and 6 will all be the same lineup as day 2 above (with the exception of the special event*).
The last day of Sukkot - Wednesday, October 11th
A - Bring a Sack Lunch and Say Our Farewells - 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm
All guest will be responsible for their meal cost and hotel cost (all hotels in the Orange City area come with complimentary breakfast).

2 - Jodell Onstott - Author of YHWH Exist
3 - Jeff Donohew - Speaker and Teacher
4 - William Jackson - Founder and Teacher of Center for Tanakh Based Studies
5 - Anne McLeod - Hebrew Teacher
Musician - Joe Buchanan will lead us in our praise and worship time and he's also going to deliver an intimate concert that will allow us to learn about his personal journey, through music and sharing.
*Special Event - a viewing of the rarely seen movie "The Quarrel." It is about a chance reunion of two Holocaust survivors - one a Hasidic Jew, the other a skeptical journalist who has turned his back on religion - leading to a searing probe of good and evil and an ultimate test of faith and redemption... and an after discussion of the movie will be held following.
How exciting! This is going to be such a wonderful Sukkot!! We're looking forward to seeing all of you there!!
