👉🏻Fees- The entry ticket on weekdays- INR 600 and on weekends, it's INR 1000 which is 100% redeemable.
You can use it against their wine tour & tasting, to shop goodies, buy wines or at their restaurant/cafe.
👉🏻Best time to visit- January to March, you'll get to see them grow in vineyards and behind the scenes of making wines.
👉🏻 Wine tour costs INR 200 and tasting costs INR 400 (Can be redeemed via entry fees)
👉🏻 Minimum transaction of INR 200 to redeem this voucher.
👉🏻Wine Making Process- To make the wine, first step is to remove the stem and crush it.
After the fermentation, wine is transferred to these barrels made out of oak wood, which takes certain years depending on the type of wine to get the perfect flavour in the it like sour, smokey, spicy etc
These barrels have very small holes in it through which it takes oxygen and give flavor to the wine.
We were given 6 wines to taste in which 2 were White wines, 1 Sparkling Wine and 3 Red wines.
👉🏻Wine follows 5's Rule-
See, Swirl, Smell, Sip and Spit. There are 5200+ wines, which you can taste at a time. To taste at once, one needs to spit as if they taste all at once they will get drunk and will not get any taste.
Sparkling wine has bubbles so need not to be swirled.
Since I didn't like any of the wine I didn't want to purchase, so thought of redeeming it to have food.
They mostly have non-veg food or food made up of wines like ice-cream made in wine. I'm a vegetarian so for me, best suited option was Pizza with mixed fruit juice.
👉🏻My Experience- I'd suggest everyone to experience this even if you don't drink wines. It's a good experience to learn various things. #sulavineyards #sula #sulavineyard #nashik #nashikvineyards #travelfitnancy
