@@sonugarhwal5374 i just control my potion and still i do it and it tremendously working ....i m drinking qehwa of ajwain .. sonf .. zeera .. lemon peel and ginger .... than after half an hour i ate one chapati with any kind of a salan and chai .... i drink lots of water .. lemon water and chia seeds water and lassi .... my water intake is high ... I m eating fruits not just small bowl but a large bowl but fruits are selective .. like watermelon ... papaya .. apple .. 2 banannas .. chikoo ... In dinner i used to eat any salan with brown rice OR whole wheat pasta OR khichdi I used sarson ka tail and desi ghee to making foods And just doing 10 min random work out Lit i love to see my results
