3 BERRIES MILKSHAKE PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Whipped Cream Powder
2 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/8 tsp Citric Acid
¼ tsp Milk Essence
3 drops Raspberry Essence
3 drops Strawberry Essence
3 drops Blueberry Essence
¼ tsp Violet Gel Colour
METHOD:
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and crush together to form a powder.
The 3 Berries Milkshake Premix is ready!
NUTTY CREAM MILKSHAKE PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup Cashew Pieces
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Whipped Cream Powder
2 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/8 tsp Citric Acid
¼ tsp Milk Essence
¼ tsp Ice-Cream Essence
¼ tsp Green Food Colour
METHOD:
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and crush together to form a powder.
The Nutty Cream Milkshake Premix is ready!
BISCOFF MILSHAKE PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
9 Biscoff Biscuits
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Whipped Cream Powder
1 tbsp Milk Powder
2 tbsp Glucose Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/8 tsp Citric Acid
¼ tsp Milk Essence
METHOD:
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and crush together to form a powder.
The Biscoff Milkshake Premix is ready!
LYCHEE GULKAND MILKSHAKE PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
2 tbsp Whipped Cream Powder
2 tbsp Milk Powder
1 tbsp Glucose Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/8 tsp Citric Acid
¼ tsp Milk Essence
2-3 drops Gulkand Essence
¼ tsp Lychee Emulsion
¼ tsp Red Food Colour
1 tbsp Dried Rose Petals
METHOD:
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and crush together to form a powder.
The Lychee Gulkand Milkshake Premix is ready!
KESAR CHANDAN MILKSHAKE PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Whipped Cream Powder
2 tbsp Milk Powder
2 tbsp Glucose Powder
1/8 tsp Kesar Colour
1 tsp Chandan Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/8 tsp Citric Acid
METHOD:
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and crush together to form a powder.
The Kesar Chandan Milkshake Premix is ready!
FERRERO ROCHER MILKSHAKE PREMIX
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup Hazelnut
4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
3 tbsp Whipped Cream Powder
2 tbsp Milk Powder
2 tbsp Glucose Powder
1 tbsp Dutch Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Corn Flour
1/8 tsp Citric Acid
¼ tsp Milk Essence
¼ tsp Hazelnut Essence
METHOD:
Take all the above mentioned ingredients in a mixer jar and crush together to form a powder.
The Lychee Gulkand Milkshake Premix is ready!
METHOD TO PREPARE MILKSHAKES FROM THE PREMIXES:
Take 4-5 tbsps of your preferred Milkshake Premix in a glass (Increase or decrease size of the premix based on the size of your glass).
Add 1 cup Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes to the glass.
Add 50 ml water and 100 ml Milk.
Churn the ingredients together.
The Milkshakes can be garnished as shown in the video or as per your preference.
Your Delicious Milkshake is ready to serve!
