Here’s a challenge:
Choose 1 action in the category of personal fitness and personal health that you can start this week. Think if this as your Mid Year resolution.
Both of these should be highly measurable. How often? How much? How heavy? How long?
An specific fitness example for the month could be: I will run 3 miles to improve endurance and time every week OR weight train 3x/week to build muscle in my legs and core. (Losing something is not a goal, it’s a byproduct of training towards something you gain but that’s a whole other conversation 😊) MAKE THESE GOALS ABOUT CONSISTENCY OR GAINING SOMETHING.
A personal health example might include waking up at a certain time everyday, reading a book this month or spending 15-30 minutes outside each day.
