Legs and Glutes Strength Workout with Resistance Band
10 minutes in duration
Closed or open resistance band (Experienced individuals choose high resistance). Mat or towel.

As I mentioned in the Instagram and Facebook stories, I wanted to do something different for the summer, especially with the goal of keeping you active even while on vacation.
It's clear that vacations are meant for rest and reducing activity as much as possible, but I'm one of those who believes that there's time for everything: activity and rest. And since many of you already have the habit of working out and tell me that during vacations "your body craves it," I've created these short routines, no more than 10 minutes long, to quickly get you energized and experience those great sensations that exercise offers us physically, mentally, and emotionally.
PS: I know it's currently summer only in the northern hemisphere, but summer will come for my Gorgeous people in the south, and they can also use these routines 😉
