As a vegetarian I am not a huge fan of barbecues - but yours looked so good I wish I had been invited. But the best bit was when you admitted that - even after all that cooking - you always worry if you have made enough and have to stop yourself cooking more. I can soooo relate to that.

Oh Chetna, I thoroughly enjoyed this video! I love family and gatherings and it warmed my heart. You had some bought spice mixes I'd never heard of so I want to learn more. But this food spread is my favourite style. I'm on my own now, so I don't have a reason to cook all this, but I'm going to try a few dips and the cauliflower for sure!

Amazing spread! You certainly didn't need to whip anything else up. Though I have to say, here in the US, that was about $100 worth of halumi. It's very expensive here.

Hi Chetna what lovely food you made. Can I ask you what’s the spice you used on the cauliflower. I tried reading the transcript but on there it say parrot spice know I’m sure it was not parrot spice you used😂. That must of been a spelling error or something. It good having the transcripts on vlogs cause viewers can go back and read what been said in case they missed something or misheard certain ingredients. Will you kindly let me know what the spice was please. Really enjoy watching you.
