looks like you can carry more speed thru the chute and turn 10 that will def get you down to 1:12

it seemed like you'd do hot laps, then chill a bit, why was that? were you specifically trying to pb and letting the car cool or something? Also outside of weight + access to bigger pads/heat dissipation, what are the other benefits of the essex brakes over stock? Oh and DSC sport controllers, what do they do since you already have aftermarket coilovers?

If I'm going for a new PB I typically only do one lap and then I take a slower lap to get my rate back down and regain focus. I could use more physical (and probably mental) conditioning. That particular day, I got to where I could run repeating mid to high 1:13s which was great, but now I want a 1:12.

On the brakes, it depends on which stock setup you have (iron or CCB). The AP kit is lighter than stock iron and when you look at life of the rotors and pads it's cheaper than stock on consumables. It's also so much easier to replace pads and rotors than the stock setup. Plus, I like having the huge pads so I'm not running them down to the last mm of pad depth. I've run this kit on the last four C7s (and my C8) and am a huge fan.

As for the DSC Sport controller. The coilovers I'm running are the Tractive DDA ones. So they are still a dynamic system like the stock MR shocks, but a different tech. You need the controller to control the shocks.
