I have to say a big thank you to whoever edits these videos because including subtitles in every video really makes it enjoyable to not only just watch but understand how the boys and everyone is feeling. I became a fan of the Futakoyama Stable because they show what goes on in the lives of people training to reach the top of the Sumo world and as someone from Australia who had no idea about Sumo besides that they ate a lot I now have a deeper understanding as well as respect for not just the sport but the Sumo wrestlers themselves.

Good job in the tournament, everyone!! I’m rooting for all of you! This channel got my fiancée and I interested in sumo, and it’s great to see you all doing so well. Hopefully we can watch you all compete someday (and I’m excited to see what you cook next, too)! 🙌

Ty Oyakata. I am a 43 year old from America that became interested in Sumo, when my little did some in his karate class. He is seven. Now my whole house knows I’ll be up late for 15 days lol. This channel is the only one I have ever found that helps us westerners with subtitles. It helps because it helps us see the humility and respect the rikishi carry themselves with. These are young men that forever will be better men for their time with the Oyakata. A former Ozeki that exemplifies the best of Sumo. Ty kindly for allowing us to see your family and your kindly ways
This channel helped me through the boredom of sitting at home with covid at the beginning of the year. I've had a very small interest in sumo for a couple years now but never knew where to start watching, but i just so happened to come across this channel. Thank you for making this and welcoming everyone all over the word, including me, in this work of art! Good Luck to everyone in this month's tournament!!!
I am a viewer from the UK and I never would have commented if not for the speech from Otakata-San. I love the behind scenes of sumo and appreciate all the effort the wrestlers put in. I started to watch tournament and learn more. Thank you for the videos!
Definitely one of the best youtube channels out there. Been hooked since day 1. Hope you guys keep uploading these videos for a long time. Love from Mongolia.
Oyakata is a visionary! His stable is probably the best in the country because of his Sumo wrestlers. You can tell they take it from their Master. Also great work by the Staff who are filming these vlogs. Thank you for the English sub titles. Watching from Toronto Canada 🇨🇦
