A fun fact about our sun is that it is not massive enough to undergo a supernova, unlike its supergiant counterparts like Betelgeuse which initially have a hundred of thousands of years or so of life left till the fuel the stars fuse have consumed already which would no longer withstand their strong gravity, eventually collapse and goes a bang.

Also the sun will turn into a red giant and not a blue giant like this video shows. We would be long gone well before the sun turns into a red giant and then a dwarf star because as the sun grows will get so hot we wouldn’t survive. All of the oceans will evaporate as well. They say in a billion years or so earth would have to be evacuated due to the intense heat. The sun is getting hotter everyday as well so we can’t remain on earth well before our sun takes us out.

As I woke into a world in winter's gown, the dawn had disappeared, darkness all around. No trace of the sun as I walk in this frozen land. Was this all just a dream ? Or had the world come to an end ?. We breathe, we sleep under the Northern blaze. We live, we die under the frozen stars. I walk above the stars. Inside my dream, I see a blinding light calling out to me. Within the light, a spirit spoke to me. Her voice was crystal clear and her eyes burned my soul. Awake from your ancient sleep, oh son of snow and ice. Find the path to the stream deep inside the trees. We breathe, we sleep under the Northern blaze. We live, we die under the frozen stars. I've walked above the stars. Inside my dreams, I saw the blinding light calling out to me. Is this the end of all?. Has our time passed, and when the sun is gone, we shall be the last ?. Wake from primeval sleep and the crownless shall be king. We must find the Sacred Realm where the Moon and the Sun are as one. Are as one. Across the gentle stream, deep inside the trees, I saw my father's ghost. He was clad in white and said to me, "You must cast aside the cloak of misery... Embrace the past and do not be afraid... of death.".Do not be afraid of eternal darkness. Do not despair: Our ancestors will guide you to the light. I've reached the journey's end. Inside my dream, I saw the ancient light calling out to me, "This is the end of all. Our time has passed. And when the night is gone, we shall all be free.We shall all be free. WE SHALL ALL BE FREE."

@sheldonjames5819 I've had dreams of things that are gonna happen. But most of my dreams don't become reality for like 5 to 10 years after I've had them. It's really weird what I can remember when that dream's day finally comes. But I've never had a dream where the sun explodes

Fun fact : The sun isn't massive enough to explode into a supernova. Instead it will get bigger, turn into a red giant and throw out most of its mass(not in a supernova) and then what is left is a white drawf, a stars corpse (ofcourse later it will use all its engery that is left and then, it will turn into a black drawf)

Uh no. For one the sun won’t explode at all because to go supernova the star needs to have a certain mass to do so and our sun is nowhere near so the sun will turn into a red giant for a billion years or so and then the sun turns into a white dwarf. Before the sun even turns into a giant, the earth would have to be evacuated because the sun will be so hot our oceans would evaporate due to the intense heat. Also the sun will turn into a RED GIANT! Not a blue giant as the video suggests. Sun isn’t hot enough to be a blue giant. Blue giants are extremely hot and yellow and red are not as hot. Red is the least hot.

im pretty sure if the sun exploded, everything would just vanish before the light blinds us, i feel like the destruction of earth would be near-instant due to just how ridiculously powerful a supernova is.
