Join us on our vibrant weekend adventure as we explore the spiritual serenity of the Karya Siddhi Hanuman Temple in Frisco, Texas. Our journey began on a bright and clear Sunday, March 7, 2024, where we soaked in the peaceful ambiance and rich cultural heritage. The day was filled with devotion and tranquility, set against the backdrop of this magnificent temple.
But the fun didn’t stop there! We continued our day by indulging in the flavors of Mexico at Toco Ocho Mexican Restaurant in Richardson, Texas, where Arun treated us to a delightful brunch. The camaraderie and laughter shared over delicious food made for an unforgettable experience.
Rewind to the previous day, Saturday, March 6, where our culinary expedition took us to India Bazaar. We navigated through aisles of colorful Indian groceries, filling our carts with the essence of India. Where we discovered a giant, fully ripened jackfruit. For around $24, we took home this sweet tropical treasure. Our next stop was Costco.
The evening was spent at Rohit’s house, where we dove into the joy of street food with pani puri straight from Costco. As the sun set, we gathered around, savoring the burst of flavors, reminiscing about the previous week when Arun whipped up some delicious sambar. Rohit’s culinary skills shone through with his paneer bhurji and dhokla, adding to the feast.
