Maybe the title seems pompous, but that's how it is, it's a grand soup with meatballs. It's a traditional recipe that originates from the other side of the Prut River and has migrated to us. Bringing with it great appetite, tranquility at the table, and even health. Because this meatball soup works wonders.
If you don't like soup, you can add a liter of sour brine to it and you'll have a meatball soup with pork, also for special occasions. And if you want other recipes for meatball soup with turkey meat, or brine with beef meatballs, you can find them on my channel as well.

Ingredients for the meatball soup:
- 1 large carrot;
- 1 parsley or parsnip root;
- 1 celery stalk;
- 1/2 small/medium celery root;
- 2 finely chopped onions;
- 2 bunches of fresh parsley;
- 1 tablespoon of poultry fat/butter, or 50 ml of sunflower oil;
- 1 level tablespoon of salt;
- 2.5-3 liters of water;
Ingredients for the soup liaison:
- 2 egg yolks;
- 200 g of heavy cream min. 20% fat;
Ingredients for meatballs with pork:
- 500 g of ground pork;
- 2 eggs;
- 60 g of semolina;
- 1 small onion;
- 1 bunch of fresh dill;
- approx. 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper to taste;
