You have to love that team. Most of them were the rejected players from other teams and all of them were deemed replaceable there. They come to Tampa to get that last shot at glory and win it all. Now all of them are back for another year and look to be the team to beat. Why Kansas city lost several players so did most others. Not Tampa they're bringing all of their starters and key reserves back. They kept everyone. Here's something I found interesting about NFL stats. No team has ever beaten Brady in the Super Bowl if they're paying the quarterback more than him. He makes sure that the team has enough money for the other key players. So not being selfish in contracts has kept him a winner.

You could see the Flaws in there team, Kelse for as good as he is can't block, normally the first thing you would do is drop your TE back into block, then there recievers are all small fast guys, so you can't drop recievers back into the line to block or chip for short yard gains either and lastly they didn't have a run game which is what you would use to draw back those DB's and line backers so you could take the deep shot. You see Brady Rodgers and Brees do these things effortlessly , Mahomes isn't great at calling protections or seeing the blits because his arm and ability to escape preasure is that good, you saw the same thing with farve. they could have also put in a 6th lineman

We'll always have an infinite number of videos just like this to enjoy. Tom is like, my idol, and I'll weep the day he retires. However, I know that -by God- his retirement will be well deserved. When every other sports figure is busy being an ass, and thinking the fans care about their political opinions, Tom was busy doing what he does - winning championships and remaining a humble leader of men. He's an instant Hall of Famer, and they might as well just name the record book 'the Tom Brady Big Book of Football Records' when he hangs up his cleats. No one, ever, will even approach his level of greatness, on and off the field. The day he calls it quits the NFL will be panicking, trying to figure out who the next transcendent legend is gonna be... ...but no one will ever fill number twelves shoes. Ever. On the flip side of that, I hope he just chills, spends time with friends and family, and lays up. But he won't, prolly. He'll join some broadcast team and lead it to the greatest ratings ever. He'll become a hall of fame broadcaster, too, knowing him. That's my dogz yo. He deserves everything he gets. I won't be mad at all when he retires. Just sad. The game of football will take a while to adjust. But hey - someone else can finally hold that trophy at the end of the season for once, huh? 😄

It's a case of a bad match up. Chiefs put their best defense on Evans who didn't score. if they had put that defender on Gronk then it would be Evans who had scored. That's were Brady tends to shine, he's the master of the checkdown. "Receiver #1 covered. Reciever #2 Covered. Hey' Gronk;'s open!" If you give Brady time he is one of the most devastating quarterbacks out there.

General Tom Brady.. leader, instructor, cheerleader, general manager, and one hell of a QB on top of it all.. combine his positive attitude with Gronk, Brown, Fournette, and Evans, a great front line, now add a great defense, and, well... people make their own luck more than you think.

People want to act like Brady wasn't a big part. BS he played so well in the first half it forced KC to be one dimensional making it easier for the def. Def played well but Brady was hands down the MVP. Brady knew second half only required protecting the ball everytime the def stopped Mahomes.
@shanejones578

It was a flat out team game. Tom Brady’s just like a pitcher, he has the ball every play but the 3rd basemen who made a golden glove play, the center fielder who robbed a homer and the shortstop who made diving plays all game can’t get the award 🤷♀️ Brady lets them know though the mvp trophy’s garbage it’s only the Lombardi that matters and I know he tells his guys that. Only reason von Miller won it was his two forced fumbles literally were the only scores that mad them win because they were RIGHT there 😂. But I’ve never seen a defensive performance like this one, mahomes really was a magician and he still had no answer. I’m the biggest Brady fan there is but if the roles were reversed that game would be like 70-0 tbh
@blingman78
3 жыл бұрын
@@shanejones578 I disagree if the roles were reversed. Many seasons Brady has resorted to screens and "dink and donk" plays because teams rush 3 and drop 8 knowing he won't run out of the pocket. Brady would have made adjustments to the defensive scheme of two high safetys that the Bucs were playing.
@shanejones578

@@blingman78 bucs were playing cover 1 of cover 2 all game, straight man. Means a zero blitz every play, 4 pass rushers occasionally 5. Brady would’ve folded like a lawn chair against that bucs defense just as any qb in the world would lol they were beyond dominant

@@blingman78 I guess so dude. I mean I watched him win all 6 a diehard NE fan and watched him win 7 from afar I love him to death he’s the goat but I know exactly what I’m talking about. The bucs defense was nasty. They’re playing soft zones, like a cover match it basically was man the way the chiefs ran their O. And the blitzed 4 every snap 5 occasionally. I watched the entire game probably just like you, maybe you’re just lost in the sauce idk man but any qb in nfl history would’ve gotten mauled out there and lost the game.

A lot of teams are gonna use that route on the goal line. You can't defend it. It's like a back shoulder throw. Only the reciever can make a play.
