Today, I will show you step-by-step instructions of how I make my Super Delicious Plantain Porridge. This porridge is healthy & tasty, and it is so quick & easy to make. You can have a meal in no time. it is a great breakfast meal idea, but you can eat it anytime. You can add Chia Seeds, Pumpkin seeds, other seeds and nuts to it make it more nutritious. I like adding Chia seeds and Walnut to get more fiber and Omega 3s. Plantains have fiber, complex carbs, vitamins & minerals. It is very high in potassium which is great for heart health. it is also a good source of Vit. C. This porridge is so creamy & tasty! I love any meal that gets me to add the super healthy cinnamon, nutmeg & vanilla. Enjoy!
