Meat Roasted in Metal Pan
Ingredients list:
1 kg of lamb
150 g caul fat
2 onions
3 cloves of garlic
7 green peppers (300 gr)
3 tomatoes
A coffee spoon of salt
A coffee spoon of black pepper
A coffee spoon of thyme
A coffee spoon of paprika
A coffee spoon cumin (if you want)
Regular bread or thin bread for serving
Preparation:
We take the finely chopped caul fat into the metal pan. After it melts and roasts, we add it to the lamb meat cut into small cubes. After watering and boiling down, we add the onion and garlic. After cooking them together for 5 minutes, we add the green pepper, tomatoes and spices, and cook it well. As I shared in the video, we put freshly baked bread cut in half and serve it hot.
