This bread recipe is perfect for any beginners out there or for those who prefer a no-knead option. I've been baking this recipe as our primary bread in our home for a few years now. It's nice to know that the ingredients are very simple and organic. I add more nutrition by adding mixed seeds, sometimes onion or garlic or even a cinnamon and raisin for a sweeter option. It's super easy, so give it a try. I've included the recipe below.

Recipe: SUPER EASY BREAD
3 cups white flour (I usually use Anita's Organic Flour)
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
2 teaspoon salt (I reduce to 1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon traditional yeast
2-1/2 cups warm water
Dutch Oven (3.8L 9inch diameter)
Large bowl
Mix dry ingredients. Stir in water until not too sticky. Add more water by tablespoon, if needed.
Loosely cover with damp cloth in a warm place for 6 - 8 hours.
Preheat oven to 400ºF
Line dutch oven with parchment (optional)
With a plastic spatula scrape dough into dutch oven
Cover and bake for 40 minutes
Uncover and bake for 13 - 15 minutes more until golden
Cool on wire rack
Freezes well
