I have definitely found my go to channel for learning gluten free baking. I’m nervous to try it but since watching some of your videos, at least my nerves are tempered with excitement. :)

I haven’t had any luck with scone recipes but will try this one because your gluten free hot cross buns using Frankies bread flour turned out perfectly.

I've used it well past its expiry of 10 months. Give it a smell and if it doesn't smell off, it should be fine.
