Pork belly 1kg
Rice wine 2 tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Salt, half teaspoon
soy sauce 1 teaspoon
5 Spiced powder:1 tbsp
Sand ginger powder: 1/2 tbsp
Chicken powder: 1 tsp
Firstly, fan baked for 1 hour at 100 Celsius until the skin got dried.
Then increased temperature to 260C with both Broiler and Fan bake function on. Place the pork belly in the center of oven, bake for 20 to 30 minutes, it should start cracking within 15 minutes and ready for next step in 10 minutes (total 25 mins)
Finally, reduce temperature to 200C with fan baked function only and bake until it's fully cooked. It usually takes 50 minutes to cook a 1kg of pork belly in total.
