I thought i was the only one, i literally start feeling like i have a pulmonary embolism or my lung is collapsed because ill have these panic attacks and my chest will have this sharp aching pain, but then it goes away and it doesnt hurt to breathe or anything, but my brain is still in fight or flight. @@jordangrice3565

For someone who suffers badly from panic attacks which at times are very overwhelming of fear and feelings of passing out and I suffer from other mental health disorders this really helped me when I needed some help it can be very difficult when you live on your own thank you and god bless you.

This was so helpful and such a blessing to me. My anxiety makes me smothery and I freak out, hyperventilate, get more smothery, etc. It's a terrible and vicious cycle with all the symptoms but fear, smothering, dizziness and tachycardia are my worst. I just had a terrible bout of smothering and was frantic so I prayed and searched for something to help. I found this and tried it and it help me significantly. Thank you and God bless you for sharing this information with us. I now feel like I have a little more control over my anxiety. Take care and God bless you always. ❤🙏🏻

Put pressure on any part of your body and it will work. You're diverting your attention away from what you're thinking that makes you anxious.

There is that, but this is not the same thing. Real trigger points on the body, when pressed, will relieve aches, pains and nervous conditions. Try getting a professional foot massage, that's what they're doing (it's not just running your feet).

Major acupuncture points all along the joints of that inner part of hand and the joints of the index finger. Halfway down the bone his point is on and just before the joint is Large Intestine 4, a major point to ground energy suppressing symptoms of anxiety, headache, nausea. Also helps constipation. It’s calming, and usually the first point ppl learn. Do not use if you’re pregnant.

i’m so glad i came across this. i get anxiety more at night overthinking about a lot of stuff. and my heart rate and chest felt a lot of pressure. but as i did this exercise, it helped relive me a bit out of it.

Thank you for this. But it didn't work. I tried it several times and I felt nothing. I am a lucky person though. I rarely get depressed. I have a WONDERFUL service dog that let's me know if I'm going to have a seizure or heart problem and brings me meds and something to drink. She also does the funniest shit that makes me and everyone laugh. So I don't really get depressed, not with her around it's almost impossible. She's the greatest. But thanks for that, I will try that again.

Please look for another alternative. Theres one for the ears on KZitem as well. Just look up anxiety relief and it's in the shorts. Please don't hurt yourself.

Ironically I was getting anxiety not knowing if I was doing it right. I have severe anxiety that keeps me from sleeping more than a couple hours so I need all the help/info I can get.
