225 grams milk
36 grams (3 tablespoons) Sugar
6 grams (1½ teaspoon) Instant dry yeast
325 grams (2 cups + 3 tablespoons) Bread flour
2 grams (¼ teaspoon) Salt
30 grams (5 teaspoons) Unsalted butter, softened
