Did anyone else hear when they found Jadon in the court and someone says 'Yo it's Supernanny!'. The people were staring at her when Angela was talking to Jadon. They're in an NBA player's personal court and they're fan girling over Supernanny XD. Not that I blame them though.
no offense Mike your a good basketball player and love your kids no doubt but you called her for help. she aint call you. Shes there to help with what YOU asked her to. just putting it out there

It is mandatory to have a fence if you have a pool but you are not required to have a second fence specifically for the pool. Once kids are around 5 or 6 they should have been taught pool respect and it shouldn’t be a problem, but for younger kids and many of the unruly ones on this show you at least need an alarm.

@carol nelson Spanking, in terms of logic, doesn't make sense as a form of discipline. Adults tell children not to hit each other, and yet they are hit by the adults in their life when they misbehave. It's hypocrisy, and it sends mixed messages to children on whether or not hitting is actually wrong or if it is acceptable when people are not listening to what they say. Apart from that, it doesn't teach a child ANYTHING except that he did something wrong; with the naughty chair technique, the child is told both before and after the punishment what action he did to deserve the punishment, and the apology and hugs after reassure the child that he is still loved. And as if that is not enough to discredit your argument, spanking a child can go south very, very quickly; where does it start to become abuse? Spanking is also a sign of immaturity in the parent; violence is a sign that you've run out of patience in getting your point across, and this turn into frustration rather than the maturity of patience and persistence is an example of someone who is far too immature to be a parent in the first place. In sum, I think you are making an absolutely ludicrous argument in saying that physically hurting a child is a valid means of discipline.

I don't think there's anything wrong with all the kids sleeping together in a playroom, as long as they do get to sleep, that wouldn't bother me. Eventually as they get older, they'll go off into their own rooms to sleep, but for little kids, it's not really an issue... It's just something parents who want to control everything would push for. Ive babysat a lot of children back in my teen years, and usually the kids where the parents had the most rules were up the latest at night and caused me the most obstinance and chaos. The families where the kids didn't have a set bedtime, were always the ones knocked out in front of the tv under a blanket, and we're always pretty well behaved for me.

Mrs. R.E.G., N.Y.C. It was a pleasure to see Mike James, (and family’s) beautifully decorated palatial estate! I think in a house of that size, since his wife is taking care of all of the business aspects, as well as four adorable girls; it would be great if they hired several “nannies”; and even a professional chef. It would make her life a lot easier; she seems a “tad” overwhelmed!
@crystalwizard
11 жыл бұрын
well, think about it. The parents don't think THEY are the cause of the problems, and in all cases they are. They expect Jo to come in and tell them some techniques to make their kids behave, and when she starts pointing out where they are failing, they get defensive. That's why the DVD footage works so well.

It seems to always be the same thing in the us episodes. The dad is some big corporate guy, who earns lots of money, and can afford a nice big house. So they could get a nice expensive nanny. The show seems to want to go to rich People's houses, where they don't appreciate jo's help, they're arrogant, rude, and abrasive. Most of the population aren't rolling in money. I feel like they could help poorer people and they would appreciate it more. Just my opinion.

Sometimes you just gotta help a man cool off! lol I guess Jo pushes Mike into the pool in another episode.
