Well, not just snare, whole drums sound fantastic!! If you don't mind me asking what was the processing involved?

@@steevidrums Thanks very much! Processing info below, I feel I've learnt a lot in recent years but there's still so much to improve for me - all part of the fun! Processing: Kick was sent to separate channels (one for low end/sub, one for click), then summed back again and compressed Snare I used Wilkinson DeBleeder to help focus it/remove bleed, an SSL 4000 E plugin for EQ and compression, another compressor and then a couple of different buses for reverbs and for transients. I also used a sample I took of the snare after recording to help with the focus on an extra bus Toms I used the DeBleeder, then the SSL 4000 E, then summed together for compression, with a bus for a reverb. I went through manually to gate the toms OHs were EQd then summed for compression and I used Slate's Fresh Air for that extra pizzazz Room mics were EQd to try and bring out more drums and less cymbals, then summed for some compression and a blend of extra reverb as my house doesn't give as nice a sound as a studio! I used compressors including Korneff Audio's Pawn Shop compressor, Lindell Audio 7X-500 and ACME Opticom XLA-3, as well as Logic's Adaptive Limiter plugin on various buses Master bus also had a Brainworx Masterdesk on it Hope this helps!

@@MattBakerDrums Wow, thanks for that. I wouldnt have said you had all that happening on the kit, but clearly shows you know how to mix drums well. After this I went and checked out Jalapeño drums. I have known about them for years, but haven't seen much for a while but glad he's still doing it.
