There are two types of Courts that our Constitution gave 99% equal powers, that is : High Court and Supreme Court….. Both the Courts are equal…. No court is subordinate… The only difference is Supreme Court is Administrative superior to the others……. Example: Justice JS Karnan of Calcutta High Court stood against the Supreme Court and exercised the Power against Supreme Court judges and issued notices, as High Courts are as powerful as Supreme Court…. .. The only this Supreme Court is have more than High Court is Administrative hierarchy… Hence, no need of more Supreme Court while High Courts are there…..
