Hi Sir ! I just wanted to let you know your video is the definitive reason why I chose to buy this amp too a few months ago. Such a great little amp for home playing, allowing you to get the most stunning tones and break-up while not declaring war on your neighbors haha. Plus it takes pedals and especially Fuzz pedals really really well ! But yes, I share your disappointment regarding the lack of foot-switch in the box, that’s so frustrating. Anyway, Thank You so much for demoing it the way you did. And congrats for your great, very informative channel (you have a new subscriber here :-) All the best, Keep on rockin’🔥Cheers from France, Bastien

This is a great video Mike. I'm 52. Been drooling lately over these Supro Delta King amps 10/12 in tweed. Other than my Marshall JCM900 stack for gigs, i've always used cheap, solid state fender amps for home and solo practice uses. Now that i'm a lil' seasoned, and not jammin' with anyone, I really want that warm, tube sound. In a lower wattage, smaller, combo, amp. I've had a couple Vox's along the way but didn't really use them. After lots of videos/reviews, research, and music store visits, Supro Delta King just seems the best way to go. Probably a 12 for me. I also like these new Gretsch G2217 Streamliner Junior Jetclub guitars. I love Gibson, Fender, and PRS equally. But there are soooooo many more affordable or just as good craftsmanship-made, guitars than just the top-3 brands. NEVER a Glarry! But some of these Harley Benton's, Firefly, IYV, Latitude, Leo Jaymz, and even Epiphone make some great guitars. Thank you brother Mike. You're awesome! God bless you and yours.💜☺👍

My hope is they grow this series into some different territories. It’s got a special clean tone that I think would shine in a larger cabinet. I get they were going for a full on ‘delta swamp tone’ like an old amp crackling up, but that drive channel is a one trick pony with its gated sputtering type overdrive. It’s definitely unique and fun tho!

Holy cow that’s some teeth grinding highs through my headphones. I’ve been looking to do the Bugera V5 mod. Its an inexpensive amp and with the mods you are going to be between 4 and 5 hundred dollars. The cool thing is it has a built in attenuator. You can go from 5 to 1 to .1 watts. Swap out the tubes. The preamp goes from a 12ax7 to a 12ay7 and the power is just replaced with a better quality el84. Then you can swap the speaker for either an eminence or a celestion. The difference is incredible. Lots of fun content for you🤩👍🏻

Hey Mike - I saw a used Supro DK10 at my local Guitar Center. $419.00. I am early on in playing and just got a Fender Player Strat , SSS. And I favor the spring reverb in the Mustang LT25 I’ve been learning on. Clean tones for now. I see the volume knob can give some break up and I can drop the master for in home playing, the only place I play ! So what do you think? GC states the condition on this used DK10 is “great” . Mike, Wanted to give you some follow up. I saw an open box Fender Blues Jr at my go-to shop, Empire Music in Pittsburgh, PA. Although it cost $250 more than the used DK10, the tone was lush and there was no static crackle that reminded me of how my SS Gibbard Mustang would annoy me thru the digital MustangLT25 amp. So even though the master volume is at a gentle in-home level, it makes me happy to practice and play.

Traynors are e nice amps, but pretty much any 40 watt tube amp is going to be a bit much for bedroom playing without attenuation. Although, on the rare occasions you getting the chance to crank it and move some air, it sure is fun. That said, for regular bedroom use, a good 5 or 10 watt tube amp is more than enough. They look cool and sound good only if they were built well. I own one of the Keely Customs 12 and it's great but the build quality (Not the cabinet) but the internals are cheap junk, and they will NOT last in the long term. Have no idea why Supro does not double box their amps as it's just plain stupid. The first one I got had two holes in the box and came damaged at the holes in the box. It probably would have survived if they double boxed it in the first damn place. All these stupid ass KZitem videos say they are fantastic and not ONE of them pulled the damn chassis just to see how shit they really are! They also have said every amp is assembled in the USA with the exception of the Delta King which comes from China (Also a Damn lie.) Buyer BEWARE!

I haven't had a single issue with mine and it gets a lot of use. It's gotten knocked around a bit as well. It has stood up quite well. I do, however, agree 100% about double boxing.

That is the WORST amp I have ever listened to. The distortion is horrible. I was going to buy one. EVERY demo I listened to was horrible. I am grateful for the every video I watched. I saved my money. The distortion is painful to listen to. Definitely not a vintage sound!

It's not your thing. I get that, but I think to say it's the worst you've ever heard is a bit hyperbolic.

Yeah, bro. That's not "distortion" OD gain boost. Slap a metal zone on it then. Duh.

I wouldn't say horrible, but I have this amp and I get where you're coming from; I rarely touch the boost or dirt. I plug a Tele, into a GE7 with the 1K up a smidge plus a wee bit of gain before a TS ( basically OD stacking ) and it sings. It's a very decent little box.

@@bobpike8050 Bob its just me. I was looking for a small amp that could get a blues and rockabilly clean tone at low volume. I was just getting frustrated with the search. I'm shure it's a fine amp. I kept reading about amps and asking for advice. Videos demonstrated a more distorted over driven sound to me. I am sorry that I wrote that review. It just wasn't the sound I was looking for and I had checked out several. It was on me. I ended up buying a ASHEN GOLDIE with reverb.

@@kidcopper7941 All good. To put your mind at ease, you didn't make me feel any buyers remorse since the price was right. I'll admit that I kinda hoped that the boost and drive would make this amp a one stop gigging amp, but the boost is too hot and the OD is a bit harsh; I'm not crazy about the reveb either. I'm not sure any amp with these features would make me happy. Knowing this, I'm happy I didn't plunk down for the new Vibra Champ. Anyways, glad you found the right amp.

I've been in a few of these. The build quality is fine, esp for the price point. To prove it. Look for the sigil of Marbas.

I will never understand guitarists love for a spring tank. I HATE that sound. The amp itself sounds ok.

@@UNEAKinfluence the reverb isn't as good as fenders spring reverb. That's probably the main reason. It's great for the price. It has a lot of tonal possibilities. I use it with a tubescreamer and a jrockett archer ikon. You can set it to break up whenever you want. It gets very loud too if that's what you're after.

@@andrewclemons8619 Hm. Thanks for the feedback!! Much appreciated. I really want the amp. Mostly looking for a one and done 5 watt for home and maybe out playtime. (Small gigs or Mic'd) Looking at this, Marshall Dsl5 or a Black star ht5r mkii. I don't think Reverbs an issue for me personally. Looking for something that takes pedals well, also. This one may not be the most versatile of the lot but it's just got so much MOJO.

@@UNEAKinfluence it's great for jamming in the living room. It's not as clean as say a fender but it takes pedals just fine.
