3/4 cup Fine Chopped Lilu Lasan (Green Garlic)
12 clove Lasan(Garlic)
10 Spicy Green Chili
1 Tbsp White Tal (Sesame Seeds)
2 tsp Jeeru (Cumin Seeds)
2 Tbsp Sugar Powder
Salt to Taste (1 + 1/2 + 1/2)
1/3 tsp Haldi Powder (Turmeric)
2 cup Besan
1/4 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
1/4 tsp Haldi Powder
Salt to Taste (1 +1/4 tsp)
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 Tbsp Fine Chopped Coriander
1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
Water as Required
2 Tbsp Chokha No Lot (Rice Flour)
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
Cooking Oil for Frying
1 pc Lemon for Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Fine Chopped Onion
