Spider thread is a lifesaver, great for wrapping chicken liver when fishing for catfish, any soft flimsy bait gets more mileage when wraps
@LANCEtheBOIL
2 жыл бұрын
take your chicken livers and lay them on a flat rock and keep flipping them to a dry spot on the rock( or rocks) till they get a hide on them ( only do 2 or 3 at a time and keep them in the shade ) once you get the hang of how long to do it your liver will stay on the hook and you don't need to wrap it, works awesome.

Thanks for all of these videos. Ive been fishing Sunset Beach a lot recently and with the rough surf I find both my flat weight and pyramids just roll and roll and within just a few minutes rather than being straight out, the line is at 10 or 2 o'clock. Using 2 oz weight, maybe 3 would be better? Also, what bag do you use to hold fish while in the surf?
@AnglingAddictsPNW
Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching! You can always try a heavier weight if it keeps wanting to roll, but the 10 or 2 is actually ok if it stops rolling and holds there. I’ve caught a lot of fish at those angles. The problem is when your weight doesn’t stop rolling. Lol when it comes to bags I actually just use either the mesh bag that my waders came in or I use a cheap dry bag. Regardless of which one, I just clip it to my waders or belt.
