Scored some fun waves on my second last day of an 8 day trip around Tassie. Surfing Australia's most southern beach for the second time, Cloudy Bay in South Bruny Island, Tasmania. Red algae in the sea, green algae on the rocks, strong antarctic swells creating icy cold waves, all nestled around a harsh but beautiful landscape.
After a hot shower in the RV in the bottom carpark, we drove back up to the Neck Campsite and got to watch fairy penguins come in off the beach at night. Bruny Island sure is a magical place.
