I'm training with It. Trying to do it automatically, whithout thinking. Push with the foot, but use all the leg from the hip. Try not to rotate upbody, only shoulders. Head in the same part with the body, looking to the nose of the surfski and the front part of the sea.
Paddling right, use right leg.
Paddling left, use left leg.
