Oats, milk, cinnamon, peanut butter 😌 same breakfast every day, nothing new on race day.

Rye toast with peanut butter and sliced banana, coffee, multivitamin multifruit juice or fresh orange juice and another banana or 2!!

Well done Chris! I've run a half at Goodwood before and you certainly can feel the wind chill there. I imagine it was pretty cold.

So fast Chris!!!! Must feel awesome to be getting back up there towards your best again!! Thoroughly enjoyed my HM in the freezing cold and some rain today AND even managed to shave 10sec off my PB without even trying to... I'll take it!!!! 😁💪🏻🏅🏃🏻♀💪🏻😃

Before I ran this sub40 I had been injured and only run approx 70 miles in the 7 weeks leading up to it, Typically before this I was running 25 mile weeks
