|Basque Cheesecake
300g cream cheese
70g sugar
2 eggs
1 yolk
150g fresh cream
10g corn starch
|Baking process
1. Gently unwrap room temperature cream cheese.
2. Add sugar and mix.
3. Add room temperature eggs in several portions and mix.
4. Add room temperature yolk and mix.
5. Add fresh cream and mix.
6. Sift the corn starch, then add it and mix.
7. Strain the dough through a sieve.
8. Pour the dough into a 15cm round mold.
9. Please clean the dough once.
10. Bake at 220 degrees for 30 minutes.
11. Cool at room temperature and harden in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
