The understanding of the GOD head to anyone who is not born again isn't going to make sense. This truth is revealed by the HOLY SPIRIT, the 3rd person( not 3rd god) of the "triune" GOD head. 1 GOD in 3 persons. You can't understand this without GOD opening this up to you. I believe that this method will leave a more lasting imprint on them. I understand how Jeff needs to get as much across to them as possible because he likely will only see them once. I'd like any advice you might have for how I can make them understand the gospel of grace from your point of view as a former Mormon. I've studied Mormonism for several years and watched countless videos on KZitem of former Mormons giving their testimony on how they came out of the church. I'd love to hear yours as well. if you will reply to this comment I'll send you my email address and cell phone number. If you do your research with an open mind, you will realize that the LDS church is a false church. Christ's teaching did not debunk anti-mormonism. Did Jesus Christ ever say that God lived on the planet Kolob? "Our Father who art on Kolob, hallowed be thy name."
@norbertmelcher4541

Faye Lewis really? Christ's teachings did not debunk anti Mormonism? While this is your lucky day,because today you will have the opportunity to PROVE to all our readers your above APSE DIXIT logical fallacy. I challenge you that " the teachings of Christ do not debunk anti Mormonism ", by debunking the following syllogism. Archaeological evidences proved that the Book of Mormon is an ancient record that was written several thousands years ago. Thus, all those several dozen pieces of archaeological evidences also prove that Joseph Smith did not " write" the Book of Mormon, and that the Book of Mormon is not "19th century fiction". Which also proves that either God or Satan is the author of the Book of Mormon. If Satan is the author of the Book of Mormon,Joseph Smith was a false prophet, and the LDS Church is a false church. On the other hand, IF Christ is the author of the Book of Mormon, Joseph Smith was a true Prophet of God, and the LDS Church is indeed God's true Church. Having said that, here's a syllogism titled Christ's teachings debunked anti Mormonism. 1) Christ taught that a kingdom divided cannot stand, and that Satan cannot fight against himself (Mark 3:24-26) 2) The Book of Mormon exhorts people to follow Jesus, and to keep the commandments of the Father (2 Nephi 31:10) 3) the content of the Book of Mormon proves that Christ is its author The only way for anti Mormons to debunk the above syllogism, is the by proving that Satan is the author of the Book of Mormon. However, that's an exercise in futility,as it's impossible to prove that Satan inspired a book of scripture that exhorts people to follow Jesus, and to keep the commandments of the Father. Now that we've ascertained (by following the teachings of Christ) that the Book of Mormon is indeed God's word, that by default proves that Joseph Smith was a true Prophet of God, and that the LDS Church is indeed God's true Church. Please feel free to explain in DETAIL if major premise, minor premise or the conclusion to the above syllogism is erroneous. I'm eagerly awaiting your rebuttal that addresses the above logical argument.

He must hide it well, spending a good deal of his time talking to misguided "believers" of false religions. His "hate" is so well shrouded that he loves them enough to spend his time trying to minister to them in a kind loving manner. Tim Bobby you seem to be troll posting full of hate and not recognizing a man filled with grace and love. In 15:18 Jesus declares, “If the world2 hates you, you know that it has hated Me3 before it hated you.”4The particular form of the word “if” (ei) assumes something is true. Jesus is saying, “If the world hates you-and it does.”5 There is a certainty in Jesus’ words: “You will be hated! You can count on it!” Jesus then reminds His disciples that the world hated Him first. God bless I hope God restores Faith hope and love back into your life.

It's literally a life or death issue Tim. If we're wrong, but we're good people (Roman's 3:23, Roman's 6:23) we go to the Terrestrial kingdom. Not amazing, but not so bad either. If, however you do believe in a false religion, and you attempt to work your way to heaven (The REQUIREMENT of baptism for salvation, works to prove your good enough, etc.) you will be under eternal judgement. It's worth spending a little time reading if what you believe is true.
@cripsician

Sounds like Tim is the only one with hate in his message. Repent and believe the GOSPEL Tim. Not another gospel(book of mormon) or something that preaches a false Christ. It's either Jesus, and the work He did on the cross or it's Jesus+Tim's obedience to the law+Joseph's prophecy+++++.... ultimately making the cross of Christ as of no value. Do you read the bible? If it's grace then it's grace, not grace plus... I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed. As we have said before, so now I say again, if anyone preaches any other gospel to you than what you have received, let him be accursed. Galatians 1:6-9

Mxborg 23 what sort of argument are you looking for? One place to start would be that there are two totally different understandings of the being of Christ, who he is, and who God is. God is infinite, eternal, and unchanging. As such it can't be said that God was once a man and became what he is (transcended). Second, you can look at the purpose of special revelation. If special revelation is redemptive revelation, then it would end with the fulfillment of redemption. So, you'd be left with trying to justify how the Book of Mormon can be considered scripture. Third, looking at the idea of whether or not the Book of Mormon is consistent with what is known of God from general revelation and from the Bible. You can also look at how various Mormon prophets have had contrary revelations to one another, which reveals an issue of internal consistency and who to believe. Not to mention that the concept of a prophet ended with John the Baptist who, by scripture, was considered the greatest and last of his age before entering the apostolic. So an argument would have to be made against the Bible that prophets still exist.

Thus Calling the Apostle Paul Anathema, for he proclaimed that we “Maintain that a man is JUSTIFIED by Faith, APART from Works of the Law” (Romans 3:28). "Whosoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood, has eternal life, says the LORD, and I will raise him up on the last day." This is instituted at the Last Supper, when God says, "Take this, all of you, and eat of it. This is my body." When Jesus Christ (God) says that, He means it. It does not say, 'this bread is my body', nor does it say, 'i am coming in bread'. That Eucharist is the only door to transform you and bring you out of the Created Existence. Faith IS a work in itself; lo, to master holiness, you must master righteousness, in order to master perfection. Jesus told Peter, "Feed my lambs" 3 times. "Faith is dead without works" "Righteousness is as rags without holiness. This is illustrated and layed out in the videos my family put up. The "Origin of God" playlist contains the baby steps into understanding Divinity.

I love these videos and this ministry. Although I left Mormonism years ago and accepted Christ a couple years ago, these encounter videos help me with my studies. I also think it is supremely important to engage missionaries. It’s such a poignant experience. There are things that I was told were supposed to take place on my mission, that did not. I thought it was a short coming of my own making. I THINK had I heard this message on my mission it would have been “like a bomb going off in my life.”

Hey everyone! So I'm actually one of the missionaries that Jeff was talking to in this video (I talk around 4:42), and I just wanted to thank him for how respectful he was to us, even though our beliefs differ. I hope we were able to reciprocate that respect. I am still an active LDS member, but I appreciate his respect more than words can tell. It is okay to disagree without being rude or hurtful. And I am also happy to see that so many of the comments on this video are so kind! I was expecting to see a lot of hate, but all I found was hundreds of people praying for me and my friends! Thank you!! This is Christianity. This gives me hope that we can respectfully disagree, while living in harmony with one another. I love you all!

@Wayne Gale I did end up meeting with them, I love the missionaries but I will never be LDS ever. One thing I have learned is EARN YOUR RIGHT TO BE HEARD!! Just love on every Mormon you meet and make sure they know that you aren't there to disprove their religion, then pretty soon they will be more open to anything you have to say or any material you might present to them. But for your first meeting I would let them know you aren't interested in converting but you are just interested in learning about what they believe. Then try to meet with them a few more times listening as much as you can, then you will be able to actually talk to them and try to get them to think about what the Church of JC of LDS really is.

Jeff, I'd love to chat with you about body language in an exchange like this. They way these young missionaries are standing throughout this video changes drastically, especially when you begin to quote Joseph Smith from memory and bring up the gospel of John. Learning to understand a person from their nonverbal communication is a great help in sharing the gospel as you can tell when they are becoming anxious or defensive before they even state as much. Your videos are a blessing and I hope that your ministry continues to be fruitful and God-centered!
