So crazy to hear her speak so eloquently about what happened w her mom. My mom would do the same shtt to me..every convo is negative and everytime she left for vacations, it was a HUGE relief. She just causes so much unrest in everyone

What an authentic and resilient human. Transcending abuse and adversity, exploring life’s possibilities, testing limits, and finding her way despite zig zagging and getting lost… living fully and rising to one’s potential is an art form. Kudos to Brittany making healthier choices to pursue her passions, and being candid about her pain and her journey at large. It’s inspiring. And truly, I wish people felt and expressed more kindness towards others and themselves. Raging towards others often reflects how we see/feel about ourselves.

I really enjoyed listening to Brittany and how she got through her upbringing. I grew up in a family that looked like everything was perfect, but my mother had issues from childhood that led to a severe depression that led her trying to end her life when I was in middle school. I would go to my friends' house to escape things and their divorced mother was an alcoholic who was later diagnosed with schizophrenia. So, I didn't have the best close female role models and was quite uncertain about what adulthood held for me. I was afraid to get marrried and have kids after living through that childhood. I think that may be why Brittany is not certain that she wants children. She didn't have a good role model when it came to that. I sure feel for Brittany. No child should have the torture that she went though, but I'm finding that more kids had difficulties at home than I thought and we somehow survived and got stronger because of it. I had a spectacular Dad who held the family together and I am so grateful for that!

And I think if the same thing happened to my mom, everyone would be at so much peace too cuz she just hates her life and makes everyone miserable. Take a look at the entire jail there. 42:59 It's definitely for those that can afford to stay and be privately there so the public doesn't see them. kzitem.info/news/bejne/zI-Blpt4cphpd6Qsi=J6lih6KK4cCJhZBo
