November 4, 2017: Late at night
So it has now been 1,517 days since I experienced my first grand mal seizures on that fateful day in Eugene, Oregon of September 10, 2013. These episodes along with a craniotomy (brain biopsy) led to a diagnosis of a brain tumor - an Oligodendroglioma tumor that I still live with today. I have undergone radiation and chemotherapy along with several scans with complex injections and a crazy slew of anti-epilepsy cocktails to stop what appears to be a currently inoperable tumor status.
Whatever your state, whether cancer such as mine, or simple depression, or the pangs of just being alive in a tough situation, I have some ideas that have helped me for those who want out. Keep in mind, these are not easy and the results won't come over night, but I can assure you that with great presence of mind, you can do this and results will come within just a few months if you stick to it. Live in your now and stay positive, no matter how far you come or how far you fall. Life isn't about your history of ups or downs, it isn't about "failing" what seems to be a billion times, it's about changing your mindset and living with your present life. That is it in a nutshell. I hope greatly that my video helps you somehow if you need help. If not, still, keep at it. You are not a loser! You have a fire in you that makes you only the you you can be. Cheers!
