☆RICE recipe
・ 300g{2gou} rice
・420cc water
1 Wash the rice and soak it in 420cc of water for 30 minutes.
2 Turn on high heat and when bubbles appear, turn on low heat and hang for 10 minutes.

☆SUSHI VINEGER recipe
・5g kelp
・40cc vinegar
・35g sugar
・8g salt
Mix all seasonings and heat.
Mix cooked rice and sushi vinegar
(寿司酢の作り方)
・米 300g(2合)
・水 420cc
1 、米を洗い、水を420ccいれ,30分間浸す。
2 、強火の火にかけ、泡が出て来たら弱火にして10分間炊く。鍋の中に水分が残ってたら追加で数分間炊く。
3、 10分間蒸らし、完成です。
4寿司酢を1度火にかけ米と混ぜ合わせる。
・昆布 5g
・米酢 40cc
・砂糖 35g
・塩 8g
