I have shown the recipe of a traditional Nepalese Postnatal dish to cure a New Mother. She should be served this dish three times a day and different foods to balance diet like, fruits, milk, egg, beans, carrom seeds soup, dal soup, and etc to boost the recovery process and health of a new mother and baby.
