Looks correct to me. I have it assembled the same way. Thank you for showing where that wavy lookin' washer goes.

We just got one and it doesn't start up right away it takes about 20 mins tryna start it up

@@nasasmr253 Have you treid fliping the choke lever to the left. And then start it. If that doesn't help. The sparkplug cap may be rusty, and you might need to get a new one.

The wavy washer does not go where you put it. Consult the parts diagram avaiable online or watch my video. As you can see that arm is not dropping in front of that one gear and instead hitting the top of it. Put the wave washer on last fo rthe right fitment. Thanks for you efforts!

Thanks to both cooter and Arthur. Good videos. My guts were stuck into the bearing on the cover. I bought a non running fa50 with no compression. Haha I discovered the problem when I opened the transmission up.. didn't see that lever on the rear brake line untill I had a view of the inside. I have a bunch of puch e50 mopeds. Its cool how the drive chain on the Suzuki is safe and sound in an oil bath.

This guy has one on offer up near me not running no title but has extra fenders and he’s asking 450 for it... is that even reasonable? What should I offer him? Thank you!

For the most part it's all about condition and how bad do you want it, and what you can do with it to get it up and running. If you're up to the challenge.
