Translation
This body O son of Kuntī, is called the field (kṣetra), and the one
who knows it is called the knower of the field (kṣetrajña) by those
who have directly intuited both the field and its knower.
~ Bhagavad-Gītā, Chapter 13, Verse 1
Verses 5 and 6 of chapter 13 list in more detail what the kṣetra (field) is comprised of. The kṣetrajña (knower of the field) is different from all these things, as their knower:

Translation:
The five great elements (mahā-bhūtāni), the conditional I-sense (ahaṅkāraḥ), the intellect (buddhiḥ), the unmanifest (prakṛti), the ten sense faculties and the mind (indriyāṇi daśa-ekam), the five sense objects (pañca cendriya-gocarāḥ), desire (icchā), aversion (dveṣaḥ), happiness (sukham), distress (duḥkham), the aggregate of the elements called the body (saṅghātaḥ), consciousness (**cetanā), and fortitude (dhṛtiḥ), all this is described in brief as the field of action.
**Note, the word 'cetanā' (consciousness) in this verse means the consciousness that the ātma (true self) imparts to the mind and body. Just as fire has the ability to heat, and if we put an iron bar into the fire, the iron bar also becomes hot due to the heat of the fire. Similarly, just as the iron bar is not naturally hot, but becomes hot due its contact with fire, the mind and body do not have consciousness of their own (as they are both material) but they appear to be conscious due to the consciousness that the ātma imparts to them.
