I absolutely love this one. It is my favorite. It’s so easy to follow since you give such great instructions before each Tabata set. The time flies by. Sadly, I just discovered your videos and my pool gets closed next week.

Hi Cheryl! Thanks for sending me a note. I am sad, too, for your pool closing. I think the pool is one of the best ways to keep healthy and fit. Hopefully you can find ways to keep active outside your pool (I do land based workouts, too, so feel free to check some of them out. If you don't find they type you are looking for, please let me know as I am always open to suggestions. Hope you will join me again in the next pool season. Take care!

I'm so happy to have found your channel! I love your workouts! I love how you alternate exercises in your tabatas too. I get bored so easily, so doing the same exercise 8x is just not in my routines for my classes. Haha I have been doing single armed skis, but never thought of single armed jacks! I definitely need to throw that into my routine and see how my members like it. Thank you again for another amazing video! 💙🌊🤗

I am all about variety and changing up the body patterns for a complete workout.❤️ It is great how you can change one body part (i.e. 1 arm) and it is whole different feel to an exercise. Have fun with those jacks!

@@AquaFIIT I am an avid yoga practitioner plus I’m a certified yoga teacher so I practice yoga daily. I always wanted to try water aerobics and stumbled upon your channel about 3 weeks ago. Sadly my gym does not have a pool but I love to hike at local state parks near me in the fall especially as the leaves start to change. One of my best friends that lives at the beach has an indoor endless pool at her house. I will try to get to her house more often this winter to do your pool workout there, perhaps at least once a month. These are so fun. Thanks for posting these.

I love doing your workouts, but sometimes I don't have time to do the whole thing. What 5 cardio exercises do you recommend for a quick workout?

Hi Stacie! I know the feeling...lol! If you are only doing 5 quick moves, try to use all limbs and get each planes of motion so that it is a full body functional workout. I would definitely include some skis, pendulums/jacks, Front back kicks, ab twists. You may really enjoy my next video (coming soon)....it is pyramid style.... 2:15 per cycle and 5 cycles, but HIIT so that you get a huge calorie burn in no time.....should be ready in a couple days. Message me if you need anything else. :-)

Was so excited for this but heard thunder during the warm up, checked the weather channel, and saw a lightning strike just 6 miles away. I do not mess with lightning! Hopefully I can get to it later on today.
