I've had this sort of thing happen to me when refereeing, when all the players stop for a free kick that wasn't actually a foul (though admittedly here it should have been)! It's tricky because there's no signal for just 'play on', and naturally some players will catch on to the fact that you haven't whistled before others...

The only thing is that Norway's got a higher BNP and a higher average income but that's due to the low taxes; they don't have any wellfare comparable to what we have in Sweden. They've got a lot more homeless people in Norway and I really mean a lot! And the living standards might be best in the world (in average) but it's only slightly better than it is in Sweden, the numbers go up for N. due to the oil companies, and those who are poor in N. have it a lot worse than those who are "poor" in S.

Yeah, I'm sure, check some statistics on the subject and you'll see. And just a few years ago the number of homeless was almost as big in Oslo as it was in the whole of Sweden. And when you come to Sweden as an imigrant you will be given home, so there are, in fact, very few homeless imigrants in Sweden. And about the Arab-nation thing, that is one of the negatives of our wellfare, I have to say.

So iceland passes the ball to sweden for a penalty kick BUT the referee hasn't blown, so it was never handball, which sweden knew so they just juggled the ball and kicked it into the goal. It's not the funniest goal i've seen but it's definatly one of the confusing ones! Now you know the drill: Thumbs up so more people get to know what happened!

At first Rosenberg wanted a penalty. The Icelandic player then thought the ref stopped the game for some reason and was gonna give the ball to his goal keeper. Everyone else thought so too except when Rosenberg got the ball back he was unsure if the ref had stopped the game or not I guess, so he passed the ball to Allback, and he put it in the net. So yes, the goal did count because the ref never stopped the game. :D

About u21-teams I can say that every "poor" european u-21 team has evolved to better, and the biggest football countries haven't, they have stayed at their level. And Finland has some good players too. Like Litmanen (mostly used-to-be good), Hyypiä, Forssel, and Jääskeläinen. Jääskeläinen most underrated, he has made a long career in english premier league. And goalie named, Jukka Lehtovaara is big promise, and so is Tim Sparv (captain of u-21).

Stop trolling. How is it not fair play? How would not scoring be more fair? "Oh, you misunderstood the referee? Then here, have the ball right back!" That would be crazy. So, by your logics, if you are awarded a penalty shoot, which you know you've gotten under false pretences, i.e. a dive or similar, but the referee was fooled by it - then the only fair thing to do would be to intentionally miss it?
