INGREDIENTS
250 ml of warm milk
15 g of brewer's yeast
120 g of sugar
120 ml of sunflower oil
1 egg
a bag of vanillin
grated peel of half a lemon
500g of flour (half Manitoba, half 00)
15g of cocoa powder
for the filling
1 bar of milk chocolate
1 bar of dark chocolate
Baking and times for the COMBISTEAM OVEN:
First Leavening: I use the dough leavening for about an hour.
Second Rising: I use the dough rising function for 15 minutes
Baking: ventilated + steam at 165° for 15 minutes.
